Q.  I am an employee who is ready to retire in the coming year. My question is how many days do I have to work in that year in order to get my vacation allotment for the year 2008?

A.  If an employee works one month (or, if in periodic intervals work is performed on a total of 21 working days) in the calendar year of retirement, the Company will grant the maximum vacation for that year regardless of the time of the year in which the employee retires. If an employee works during the calendar year of retirement, but for less than one month (or, if in periodic intervals work is performed on a total of less than 21 working days), the Company will grant one week of vacation.
